Hollywood Stars and Their Celebrity Diets of Choice
Chefs, Trainers and Everyday Dieting
Celebrity diets are practically part of a celebrity’s job description to look
good and fit the Hollywood mold. Despite the occasional eating disorder stories,
most celebrities are concerned with health.
As a result, healthy dieting is a
large part of their personalized
weight loss plans crafted especially for them by various personal trainers
and diet gurus.
Most Hollywood celebrities follow these diets:
Atkins, the Zone Diet,
South Beach Diet, Sugar-Busters, GI Diet, Raw
Food Diet and so on. These diets are not just obtainable to the 'cream de la
cream', but also widely available to the general ‘weight conscious’ public too.
It’s likely that the only differences between a celebrity and non-celebrity
doing these diets is that celebrities have their meals delivered and personal
trainers to assist them in their workouts.
Other than a specialized diet plan, special meal deliveries and hitting the gym
for 3 hours a day, some celebrities take a more moderate approach. For example,
Jennifer Lopez mentions "I don't have anything banned from my diet and I’m not
one of the health freaks who believe in not eating any sugar or leaving dairy
products out.” It seems like J-Lo may be one of the few starlets who doesn’t
follow a diet of the moment.
Whether you’re into the J-Lo approach or prefer to go with Jennifer Anniston and
the Zone diet, there are many healthy diet options available. It’s a case
of choosing the right one for you -knowing you may not have a staff of 20 to
help you prepare meals and workouts.
