The Diet Pill and Weight Loss Management…
A Match Made in Heaven?
Do any of these statements sound familiar: “Lose 30 pounds in 30 days”, “Get
leaner while eating French fries and ice cream”, “Herbal Weight Loss is safe and
fun”? If so, you’ve seen the ads and endless promises associated the 'miracle'
diet pill that will change your life...right? The ‘candy coated’ claims are
enticing but if they were true wouldn’t everyone be taking pills to assist with
their weight loss management?
Most people learn early on in life that not much is easy and the same truth can
be applied here. Regardless of whether you’re seeking to
lose weight in the
short or long term, weight loss pills should not be a consideration for the
average dieter. They are dangerous because many of the ingredients used the
major brands are detrimental health-wise.
In fact, many herbal pills claim they
are safe, yet the dangerous chemical compounds come out of the herbal source.
Herbal or non-herbal, weight loss pills should not be a consideration in the
overall weight loss mix.
With so many healthier options in the world of weight loss, it would be best to
try something that doesn’t promise significant weight loss while not exercising
or paying attention to what you eat. Firstly, from a physiological perspective,
our bodies are not built to consume copious amounts of fat, not exercise and
still look great. The math simply doesn’t add up. Secondly, any claim that
professes to be that easy is too good to be true. If it really were that
legitimate, it would be one of the biggest miracles since the parting of the red
sea.
Pills associated with diets are not a match made in heaven when it comes to
safe
weight loss. Just like Romeo and Juliet –they were never meant to be.
