Many weight loss diets follow regimented
plans which don’t allow for cheating or the occasional ‘fall off the bandwagon’
day. Yet one such weight loss system has many
successful weight loss graduates
and works a little cheating into the diet plan so you can
lose weight without the paranoia.
When following a regimented diet –it’s entirely possible to closely follow the
plan and recipes in the comfort of your own home, but what happens when you
attend a dinner party, eat out or go on vacation? You cheat.
